Water treatment is a process to improves the quality of water to make it appropriate for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking, industrial water supply, irrigation, river flow maintenance, water recreation or many other uses, including being safely returned to the environment.

To build an effective and efficient clean water treatment system, APRADIN build a system where management can control the flow and pressure of the water when distributed to the consumers in relation to their needs. This system also able to function as a damper to reduce the Non Revenue Water or the loss of revenue from the usage of water.

This system can be improved to support the pre-paid and the post-paid billing system.
